Your Account

A username and password may be requested during the 'Checkout' process. This enables you to set up an account with Ave Satanas Shop and allows you to view your orders (previous and current), track their progress and add, remove or update shipping addresses.

Please find the 'My Account' option located in the top right corner of the Store page.

Postal / Shipping Charges

Ave Satanas ship worldwide. Estimated shipping costs are available at 'Checkout'.

Shipping is calculated via weight and destination. Your postal charges will be given at 'Checkout' based on your post/zip code and location.

Every product is discreetly packaged for your convenience and privacy.

Payment

All payments are handled securely via PayPal. Credit and debit cards are accepted without a PayPal account.

Delivery

We aim to process orders within 48 hours and email confirmation will be sent upon dispatch.

UK residents: Your package will be sent via Recorded First Class Mail and will require a signature on delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery.

For UK Delivery: Your order should be with you within 5 working days, however please allow up to 14 days for delivery during busy periods.

Worldwide Delivery: Packages are sent via Airsure (International Recorded Mail). Your package will recieve priority handling, is electronically tracked, and a signature will be required on delivery. Please allow up to 21 days.
